Making an N v2.0 tournament

I'm going to be making a n tournament that is not about mapping and not similar to Npoints.
It's going to be a basic tournament with 8 or 16 participants (havent decided yet).
After all the participants have joined, i will shuffle all the particpants up. the 1st participant at the top after the shuffling will battle the 2nd from the top for the highest score in a level I make. 3rd from the top will battle 4th from the top, 5th from the top will battle 6th from the top, etc. Then the winner of the first battle will battle the winner of the second battle, and so on.
If you're interested and want to join then tell me. i'll add you to the tournament.

Sounds good, i always like tournaments like these.

Would the maps they play on be published though? Cause if so, it would be difficult to reflect the two player's own style and strategy.

I don't think i'll publish them, but the participants will need to give me a screenshot of their score on the level.

Okay, great! all spots are filled up (unless at the last moment I decide to go for 16 participants, but I doubt it.)

Settled at 8 participants, the tournament will start once I make all the levels.

I might try that out next time I make a tournament.

Yes, means players won't be committing to something they could just be knocked out of shortly.
