N fails - Tell me your stories.

This is more of a 'tell me your story' post.
Tell me some of your worst N fails.
My worst fails on N was:
Z button not working for a second and I got blown up.
Died from jumping too late when there was a lot of room to jump -_-
Accidentally Killed myself.

Now tell me yours.

I do;
Z = Jump
A = Suicide

I do sometimes depends which keys are working best at the time (I switch around a lot)

Coz i'm more lefthanded, and I use z to jump, these fails occur often. Soo many issues being lefthanded

XD. It's kinda scary that 73% of all left hander's die because they use right handed products. '_'

Ah when finishing a run on this map www.thewayoftheninja.org/nv2.html?l=191791 I missed the exit (didn't jump in time to get the button) turned around, jumped but still somehow missed it and worse still fell into that bit where the horizontal thwump was able to get me -and get me it did..
