N-Points

Hello all,

I've integrated a system of points, named " N-Points " to encouraged people to be present on the forum and reply to others people.

System:
If you create a topic: You win 3 N-Points
If you reply in a topic: You win 1 N-Point

If Spam
Your topic can be deleted, or you can be banned for a time.

I know, it's useless, but i work on it to develop this idea and make a N-Point ranking.
So, if you have comments, ideas or others, reply and you win 1 N-Point  :P

its a good system but will become competitive. A bad thing about this is people may spam just to get a points eg. just putting a single digit and that will be a comment. I think this could create a problem so this idea could be flawed from the start, just my opinion

Yeah, it's the idea, but if people spam just to get points, their topics can be deleted, or they can be kicked.
EDIT: I've add this on the topic.

I think it should be a reputation system, people are able to give you a +1 or a -1 for everything you post

sometimes though a single digit answer could be ok or a short answer such as my maps are a letter then a number so I can remember them easily e.g. v64
I have 1761 maps which I doubt anyone else has more and I keep them saved on several excel accounts

It would be cool if Johans N-Points get mixed with forum.
Example:
Eddy has a total of 250 N-Points, his profile would show he has 250.
Would be handier than checking everytime (unless someone doesnt have a forum account).

I think its stupid.

I was talking about btonios' idea. The points for posting. Linking N scores with the N forum would be cool as hell if it was possible.

I get the idea, but honestly I don't think it's necessary.
People are just gonna post useless things just to get points.

Gabe the Squirrel this points system was implemented and removed before you became a member on these forums
