Should you have to beat your level before you can publish it?

One should at least test tricky and hard parts of the map. Not everyone is able to beat their own levels

That's the unwritten law of N. Well, all games with a sharing feature, i guess.
It's forgivable not to test-beat it if your level's just a test level or a challenge though.

You should make sure every element is at least possible. But beating it all in one run isn't necessary. I rarely do
