My first DDA
I made a DDA, and it took me 2 days to build. I think ya'll should have a look and make positive criticism. Thanks

Idiot, google constructive criticism, It doesn't mean giving only positive comments, rather giving both positive and negative views in a friendly manner.

I assumed he just meant "positive" as in helpful, rather than "only say positive things".

i dont have to google definitions because i have learned my english very well. positive is not a synonym for constructive. have you ever heared someone say "im very constructive about your idea"Nimit wrote:Idiot, google constructive criticism, It doesn't mean giving only positive comments, rather giving both positive and negative views in a friendly manner.
constructive criticism means giving feedback in whatever way you want. if you feel negative about an idea, you give your arguments as to why you feel negative about it. same if you feel positive about something. and also the same when you feel both negative and positive.

First off, I didn't make this post to hear BS and stupid people correcting my english. So please fuck off if you dont wanna help.
And, I might be 16, but my English is alright. Positive is a synonym for constructive, and not all synonyms can be used in place of their original word everywhere, you would know this if you were a wee bit smart and paid attention in your English class.

Oh, Nimit, I just realized that you probably don't know this since you're fairly new to the community. hi ppl is a troll, and we don't like him. We wish he would leave, but he won't, so don't take what he says too seriously. He's probably just doing it to be an ass.

Re: My first DDA
are you really going through the trouble of making screenshots if you can just quote it? anyways, your theory doesnt have anything to do with "paying attention in english class", pretty sure its the same in every language. synonyms have to be somewhat relative to the original word, and positive is. but it does not have the exact same definition. here are google's synonyms for positive:Nimit wrote:hi ppl wrote:you claim youre 16? pfffNimit wrote:15:26:03shomman wrote:You didn't say constructive criticism.

"constructive, practical, useful, pragmatic, productive, helpful, worthwhile, beneficial, effective, efficacious"
as you can see, there are a lot of words with a different definition, productive, useful, constructive, effective and so on. and i didnt come here to discuss what a synonym is. i just asked a simple question: why force people to give positive criticism? is it so hard to just edit your post and replace it with constructive? since btoasterasshole stated that you are fairly new, ill help you. in the top right corner of your post there is an edit button. click it, and you can edit your post.
then why did you go on with the discussion? you couldve immediately said "please only talk about things related to the topic", but you didnt, so dont be whiny about people "correcting your english"Nimit wrote:First off, I didn't make this post to hear BS and stupid people correcting my english. Re: My first DDA
okay, and what does that have to do with my account? because you dont like me you changed my accounts settings? nobody cares if you are the creator, admin or whatever of this forum, its still my account. if you think changing my name to... my name will keep me away from forums, youre wrong. changing my name is completely useless and only intended to annoy me.btonios wrote:I never agreed that you can come here too.legendklokpok wrote:its heard, not hearedSpartaX18 wrote:@btonios, the first sentence you pointed out is gramatically correct :P

why dont you look for a solution instead? think about something that will keep me away? (assuming thats what you want) but no, instead you go around changing my name, surely that will keep me away for a long time.
asshole.

I don't want to keep you away, I just don't want you to say shit about users on the forum. And I changed to your real name because it's too easy to say shit about others when others don't know who you are.legendklokpok wrote:okay, and what does that have to do with my account? because you dont like me you changed my accounts settings? nobody cares if you are the creator, admin or whatever of this forum, its still my account. if you think changing my name to... my name will keep me away from forums, youre wrong. changing my name is completely useless and only intended to annoy me.btonios wrote:I never agreed that you can come here too.legendklokpok wrote:its heard, not hearedSpartaX18 wrote:@btonios, the first sentence you pointed out is gramatically correct :P

Re: My first DDA
say shit about other users? hah, correcting someones vocabulary/grammar is talking shit? and you dont want to keep me away, hmm. maybe thats why i have a few banned accounts, ip banned on chat and ip banned on forums. and im pretty sure everyone already knew who i was anyway, and if they dont im sure someone will explain sooner or later. what you just said is a very weak excuse, just admit it, you want to annoy me.

Please, at least change the thread, because you (plural) clearly went off topic. But of course the best way is to stay smart and end it here.
