For general questions about other players.
First off, does anyone know who VotedStraw is? As far as I can tell, he has played metanet levels, but maybe hasn't played Userlevels in a long time, so is really old? He seems to be better than Eddy. Does anyone know anything about him(or her)?

I don't know many things about him/her, there is no info about him/her even on N wikia, so I guess he/she has only 2.0 account. Also I didn't see him/her playing user levels, maybe he/she is better than EddyMataGallos, but it's hard to tell, because he/she doesn't have many highscores.
